Taking this into consideration, container release request can be submitted via email to:

If there are no payments required, a confirmation will be made with the respective agent in copy.

If, however, payment must be made an estimate will be issued and advise on payment procedure.

When completed, notification of the confirmation of release will be submitted via email with the agent in copy.

We encourage all clients to sign up to the below apps, an e-delivery system with the lines we represent, to access and assist your operations.

• VecoAccess Web App: remains free of charge, it can track your containers, generate estimates/invoices, and view their statement.
• VecoGo! Movil App: free of charge, check rates and free days, personalized reports, statistics, invoices, and statements.
• Online payment options: via credit card, payeezy, paypal, payoneer.
