Effective September 14, 2026, Veconinter (Fiji) PTE LTD will assume responsibility for the invoicing and collection of container deposits, demurrage and detention charges in Fiji on behalf of Mariana Express Lines Pte. Ltd. (MELL) and Pacific International Lines Pte Ltd (PIL).
This appointment strengthens Veconinter’s presence in Fiji and builds on more than nine years of direct operations in the country, supported by over 35 years of experience providing specialized solutions to the maritime industry.
Through this new responsibility, Veconinter will support MELL and PIL in managing these processes with a focus on operational efficiency, reliability and service continuity, contributing to a more streamlined experience for customers in Fiji.
Unless otherwise contractually agreed with MELL or PIL, payments related to container deposits, demurrage and detention invoices should be made directly to Veconinter as of September 14, 2026.
This appointment further strengthens Veconinter’s long-standing commitment to supporting their customers through reliable, efficient and specialized solutions across the global maritime industry.
