The French shipping and logistics group, CMA CGM, unveiled its new corporate image and its strategy called “SHIPPING THE FUTURE”.

“An extraordinary entrepreneurial adventure, CMA CGM is a family business which has become a world leader in just 39 years. Today it unveils its new ambition through a new slogan, a new visual identity, and new graphic identity. This new ambition reflects our values of initiative, boldness and imagination, our ability to innovate and our determination to continue the Group’s development,” said Tanya Saadé Zeenny, Executive Officer of the Group.”
In a statement, the company indicated that 2017 is a landmark year for CMA CGM with the nomination of Rodolphe Saadé as Chief Executive Officer of the Group, the launch of OCEAN Alliance, the largest maritime operational alliance in the world, and the acquisition of Mercosul Line in Brazil.

The new Logo
The Group’s new image is the eighth since the company was founded in 1978 and exemplifies the power and energy of CMA CGM.
The logo was designed by the company Brandimage and includes a unique typography and the two new colors recall the French national colors.
The new Visuals
The new visual was developed by DDB Dubai and symbolizes CMA CGM’s values: initiative, boldness, imagination, and integrity. It shows the Group’s energy and ability to innovate.
