We are pleased to announce an upgrade in our release process together with our partner PLIPDECO.
The new process will come into effect on Monday 13th February 2023 and will work as follows:
1. Customer contacts Veconinter to obtain Release from demurrage charges presenting scanned BL with agent’s delivery stamp.
2. Veconinter provides customer with : BL with Veconinter’s Digital Stamp with last day for pickup.
3. Veconinter sends email to customer confirming release attaching BL with Digital Stamp.
4. Customer prints the BL with Veconinter digital stamp to attach to the original BL to be presented to Plipdeco for release.
